Overview

Cabsol is an accounting and financial management system that helps companies in the private and public sectors manage their accounting, payroll, and HR needs.

Cabsol requires an entire revamp/redesign to make the website as well as the web app more appealing to its desired audience.

Challenges

Designing for the public and private sectors has its problems. Public sector personnel prefer to work within a rigid set of rules different from how things operate in the private sector. Certain terminologies used in the public sector are different from what is obtainable in the private sector.

Also the current software was designed years ago. We need to design it to be easier to use in today’s world.

Goals

The goal of a UX audit is to identify usability issues and areas for improvement in the user experience of a digital product. Cabsol redesign is going to cover the following
