Have you ever been browsing through social media and an ad pops up? Or you’re on the road and can’t help but notice the huge billboards gracing the street, impressing the need for you to try out a brand’s product or service?

There are a whole lot of behind-the-scenes involving the sourcing of ad spaces by brands before the final audience is reached. D&D agency is one such medium that solves this process for brands.

This is a dive into the process behind the design of the landing page for the agency.

Project task

Design a landing page for an ad marketing agency

Concept

The agency sources ad slots from various marketing mediums and provides them as requested by the brand. They want to communicate the kind of ad slots they provide. They also liked the idea of a modern and elegant landing page, nothing too formal.

The overall goal was to get the page to convert and stimulate more brands to want to do business with them.

The final design features a consumer-tailored interface. It is a simple and clean design, with some interactions to bring the design to life. It is also clear what to expect from the agency.

Process

I had no experience with designing for this industry prior to this. So my initial process began with understanding ad marketing itself. I started by researching other existing ad marketing websites where I was able to gather content and positioning ideas.
