Cabsol UX Improvement: Findings and Recommendations

I’ve spent the last few months working on the redesign of Cabsol, an accounting software used by both the private and public sector in Nigeria. While design and development work is ongoing, I am currently able to share parts of the UX audit that has helped inform certain design decisions across the software.
